She started her career with L'Oreal in 1990 as a Technical Educator and Master Hair Colorist, which catapulted her hair color work into Platform Artist Stardom. Stimulating passion with creativity. Creating high-energy demand for seminars and workshops. She is an excellent platform artist and motivational speaker with exceptional communication, organization, and presentation skills.
With a degree in Business Nanci was responsible in coordinating all the L'Oreal Hair Shows. Integrating technical information and market trend data into new product sales. Nanci has expertise in management, sales, training and events planning. Developing strategies for new product promotions and marketing presentations. With an aptitude in demonstrated technical trend releases in hair color, haircuts, and hair styling. Nanci Cascio is truly a Hair Color Diva, and a Master in the Art of Hair Color. Additional Hair Styling Work by the Hair Color Diva has appeared in Feature Films and Television.
